This policy defines the rules of storage and access to information on the User’s devices via Cookies, for providing electronic services demanded by the User,

I. Definitions

1.Administrator – PAUSE Natalia Goc, entered into Central Registration and Information on Business of the Republic of Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5621808155, National Business Registry Number (REGON):367759195, who provides electronic services and stores and gains access to information in the User’s devices.

2.Cookies – IT data, in particular, small text files, saved and stored on devices that enable User to use the websites.

3.Custom Cookies – Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to services provided via e-mail by the Administrator via the Website.

4.External Cookies – Cookies placed by the partners of the Administrator, via the website.

5.Website – website or application, in which Administrator runs the website, under a domain www.your-pause.com.

6.Device – an electronic device that enables User to get access to the Website.

7.User – a person who, in accordance with the rules and provisions of law, can be provided with electronic service or with whom an agreement for providing electronic services can be concluded.

II. The types of Cookies

1.The cookies applied by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, no viruses, unwanted software or malicious software can be sent to devices of the Users in this way. These files allow to identify software used by the User and adjust the Website to individual needs of every User. The cookies usually contain name of domain that they come from, time of storing them on a device and allocated value.

 

2.The administrator uses two types of cookies:

.Session cookies: they are stored on User’s Device and remain there until the end of session of a given browser. Saved information are then permanently deleted from the memory of a Device. Mechanism of session cookies does not allow to collect neither any personal data nor any confidential information from the User’s Devices.

a.Persistent cookies: they are stored on User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. The end of session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not result in their removal from the User’s Device. Mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow to collect neither any personal data nor any confidential information from the User’s Devices.

 

3.The user may limit or disconnect the access of cookies to his/her Device. In the event of activation of this option, making use of the Website will be possible, apart from the functions that require cookies.

III. Why Cookies are used

1.The administrator uses custom Cookies to:

7.A user may, at any moment, deletes Cookies using functions in a browser used by him/her.
